one and two day tickets
Like last year, there will be one or two day tickets for visitors that can't stay for the whole festival. An one day ticket will cost 35,- Euro, a two day ticket 60,- Euro. Two things you have to keep in mind though. First of all, for your and our security the tickets will be personalized. That means you have to register with your name, birthday and country and you'll need an id, a passport, a drivers license or a similar official document with a picture on it, to prove your identity at the entrance. The other important thing to know is that you have to deposit the whole ticket price at the entrance when you enter the festival, and will get a refund of the difference between day and festival ticket when you leave in time. To collect your refund you will also need your id, passport or drivers license.
Of course, the clock will not run before the festival starts, which will be at July 16th, 2008 at 11pm. So don't panic, you can come well in advance.
The procedures will be the same well-tried ones as last years.
Before you travel
You preregister on our website for a day ticket and print the day ticket registration document you'll be presented with at the end of the registration process. If you can't or don't want to preregister, you can also register at the entrance, but keep in mind that that might take some time, especially at the main arrival days, so be prepared to wait.
At the arrival
You have to bring you day ticket registration document and your id, drivers license, passport or a similar official document with a picture to the entrance area and show it to our staff, to prove your identity.
Than you deposit the whole festival ticket price.
After that you'll get the same fullmoon wristband everybody else gets. Now your festival time starts.
During the festival
You enjoy the best festival ever. :-) Like every other festival visitor you can enter or leave the festival area at will, as long as you have your fullmoon wristband. Please remember that you must not open the wristband by yourself, only the personnel at the entrance area is eligible to do so. If you brake that rule you can't enter the festival area anymore and you won't get the refund on your deposit. So if anything is wrong with your wristband - if it's damaged, to tight or to dirty - please come to entrance area. There we can help you.
If you want to stay longer that you planed, thats no problem. A one day ticket will automatically become a two day ticket and a two day ticket a festival ticket, as time goes by.
When you leave
To check out and collect your refund, you'll need to come back to the entrance area within 24 or 48 hours after your arrival.
You again will have to prove your identity by showing your day ticket preregister document and your id, drivers license or passport.
You'll get the difference between the festival and one or two day ticket price.
Unfortunately we have to take and destroy your fullmoon wristband afterwards.
We will delete all collected personal data immediately after the festival
